Wheat Bread

  1. Mix wheat flour,
  2. salt,
  3. yeasttnd
  4. 1tup white flour together; set
  5. aside.
  6. Mixtogether
  7. margarine,
  8. water, milk, honey
  9. andtottage
  10. cheese.
  11. Heatthoroughly.
  12. When
  13. allts melted, blended
  14. together
  15. and
  16. lukewarm, remove from heat and stir in the
  17. flourtixture.
  18. Add just enough of the remaining white flour to
  19. make
  20. a firm but sticky dough.
  21. Place on board and knead in
  22. remaining flour.tlace in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
  23. Punch down. Divide into loaves
  24. (2tegular
  25. loaves
  26. or
  27. 3tmall loaves). Place in greased
  28. pans.
  29. Cover
  30. and let
  31. rise
  32. again (about 1 hour).
  33. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
