Chocolate Cookies

  1. Add the white flour, baking powder, nutmeg, sugar, and butter to a large bowl, and mix until it has a sandy texture.
  2. Add dashes of milk slowly to the bowl, and mix everything with a wooden spoon. Knead using your fingertips until you make dough.
  3. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on plastic wrap. Cover it completely and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. 10 minutes before the hour passed, preheat the oven to 180C.
  5. Place the dough on the counter, flatten it with a rolling pin, form the cookies using a cookie cutter, and place them on a cooking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, remove them from the oven, and let them cool off completely.
  7. Place the dark chocolate in a frosting sleeve, spread it over the cookies, let the chocolate cool off, and serve.
