Peach Upside - Down Cake
- 6 1/2 cups peaches
- 7/8 cup butter
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 7/16 tablespoons baking yeast
- 1 lemon rind
- salt
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Melt 50 grams butter in the cake pan , spread over 100 grams of sugar. Peel peaches, cut into large slices and arrange into the cake pan.
- Melt the 150 grams of butter in the microwave ,or over hot water, let cool.
- In a bowl put the two whole eggs, 100 g sugar and beat the mixture with the blender, add the lemon zest, salt, the melted butter, flour and baking powder. If the mixture is too hard, add the 1/2 cup of milk. Arrange the peaches cut in the bottom of cake pan, Spread the mixture over the peaches, and bake the cake for about 1 hour, always do the test with a Toothpick. When the cake is cooked, turn it immediately on a platter, it comes off more easily.
