Paleo Green Tea Ice Cream

  1. Peel Bananas, cut into thick slices and freeze overnight
  2. Remove bananas slices from freezer
  3. Open coconut milk and pour off the excess liquid
  4. Place bananas and coconut milk into food processor
  5. Blend for approximately 1 minute (the mixture will retain some texture at this point)
  6. Add the matcha powder, cinnamon, vanilla and honey to course banana mix
  7. Blend all ingredients until smooth (approximately 4 minutes)
  8. Spoon ice cream into a freezer safe container and place in freezer for approximately 2 hours to harden
  9. Scoop ice cream into bowl, garnish with chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips, as desired and serve
