Cherries Clafoutis
- 3 eggs
- 2 7/8 cups cherries
- 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar
- 2 13/16 ounces gingerbread
- 6 3/8 tablespoons flour almonds
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter soften
- 1 lemon zest
- Warm up the oven at 180u0b0C.
- Wash the cherries and remove the tail.
- Put the gingerbread in the milk until the gingerbread gets soften.
- In a blender mix the eggyolks, almonds flour, gingerbread with the milk, butter, sugar, cream and lemon zest altogether until the bread is finely mixed.
- Beat the eggwhites until stiff adding a tbsp of sugar half way.
- Incorporate the eggwhites to the previous mix.
- Put the cherries in a pie plate and pour the mix on it.
- Put in the oven and cook it for 35-40 minutes.
