Simple Sukiyaki

  1. Heat oil in electric skillet to set at 375u0b0 to 400u0b0.
  2. Brown sirloin 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Combine sugar, flour, soy sauce and water.
  4. Pour over beef; push to one side.
  5. Add bamboo shoots and onions, keeping in separate groups.
  6. Continue cooking while tossing each group 5 to 10 minutes, keeping vegetables separate. Push to side.
  7. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms, keeping in groups.
  8. Cook about 2 minutes until heated through. Serve with hot fluffy rice.
