Italian Vegetable Soup
- ground sausage Hot, or mild
- broccoli
- 1 zuchinni sliced
- water 4 cups
- beef Boullon cubes
- water half a pan full
- bow-tie pasta
- kidney beans
- Fry the sausage, getting rid of all excess fat.
- Cut the broccoli and zucchini into smaller pieces, adding them to the sausage after it has finished cooking.
- While the veggies and meet are cooking, heat 4 cups of water in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Add 4 beef boullon cubes to the water, and let them dissolve.
- Boil water for the pasta, once boiling, add a slightly larger amount of pasta than the liquids you'll be having.
- Open the diced tomatos and kidney beans, drain the beans.
- After everything is ready, Get a large pan and put it on medium-low, adding the tomatos, beans, pasta, veggies, and meat.
- Add in the beef boullon mixture afterwards, rise the tempurature a little and taste test the soup once in awhile, you can add more beef boullion cubes at this point and add seasoning for taste.
