Almond Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler.
  3. Place the flour and the cocoa on a work surface (or in a bowl), place the egg, sugar, butter, a pinch of salt, and a couple of drops of vanilla in the center.
  4. Combine the ingredients well into a dough with a uniform consistency.
  5. Add the chocolate and the almonds.
  6. Use a spoon to scoop out small round shapes (the shapes will be irregular) and place the cookies on a baking sheet which has been buttered and floured or lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
