Tandoori Chicken With Cucumber Raita

  1. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Make incisions in chicken approximately 1/2-inch apart. Place chicken in 9" x 13" pan. Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 6-8 hours, up to overnight.
  2. While chicken is marinating, combine Cucumber Raita ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and arrange evenly spaced on Grill. Grill for 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until internal temperature is 165u0b0F. Some pieces may take longer to reach the recommended temperature, so remove from Grill in stages.
  5. Serve immediately with Cucumber Raita.
