Cheesecake With Cherry Syrup

  1. For the crust, crush cookies and mix well with the melted butter.
  2. Press mixture in an even layer into each mold and flatten carefully with the back of a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate until cool.
  4. For the cheesecake, heat cream cheese, cheese, milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Pour mixture into prepared molds.
  8. Refrigerate until cool.
  9. For the cherry syrup, place cherries, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  10. Cook for about 20 minutes, until syrup thickens, stirring often.
  11. Remove from heat and add gelatin.
  12. Let cool completely and add to the molds.
  13. Refrigerate until completely cool and gelatin is set.
