Stuffed Meatballs

  1. Chop the onion, and slowly fry in olive oil for about 7 minutes, until soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onion with all the ingredients, except the emmental cheese, and seeds.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to180 degrees Celsius.
  5. Shape a small ball with the meat mixture, and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Put a teaspoon of grated emmental cheese in the middle and close the ball with the cheese inside. Continue until all the meat has been used.
  6. Roll the meatballs in the seeds to coat.
  7. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with a colorful salad.
