Sausage And Pancake Dunkers

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Arrange sausage on a 15-in. x 10-in. baking pan.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal sausage temperature is 160u0b0F.
  4. Remove sausage and set aside.
  5. Wipe down inside of pan. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, oil, maple syrup and eggs.
  7. Pour pancake mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Arrange breakfast links evenly spaced on top of batter.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pancake is set.
  9. Cut into individual Sausage and Pancake Dunkers. Serve with additional maple syrup.
  10. TIP: For even easier preparation, use Johnsonville(R) Fully Cooked Breakfast Links and omit steps 2 and 3.
