Orange Black And White Chocolate Cookies With Raspberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and orange zest.
  4. Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together; mix into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the white and dark chocolate into the mix.
  6. Stir the frozen raspberries into the mix
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
