Orange Black And White Chocolate Cookies With Raspberries
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 table spoons orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of backing powder
- 1cup of dark chocolate broken pieces
- 1cup of white chocolate broken pieces
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- (Optional) shredded mozzarella cheese as topping
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and orange zest.
- Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together; mix into the creamed mixture.
- Stir in the white and dark chocolate into the mix.
- Stir the frozen raspberries into the mix
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
