Vegetable Pizza
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 pkg. light cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
- 3/4 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. tomatoes, diced
- 3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
- cauliflower, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. cucumber, chopped
- 3/4 c. radishes, shredded
- 3/4 c. carrots, shredded
- Press rolls in bottom and up sides of a greased pizza pan. Smooth seams.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Soften cream cheese; mix with mayonnaise and dry dressing mix.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Top with cheese and vegetables. Cover; refrigerate until served.
- Cut into slices or squares.
