Pea And Ham Savory Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Through a sieve, add the flours, parmesan cheese, yeast and pinches of salt, black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the soft cheese with the milk.
  4. Add the egg and oil and beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well.
  6. Add the ham and fennel seeds and mix well.
  7. Lightly oil and flour a cake pan. Add the batter and smooth the surface. Top with almonds.
  8. Cook for 50 minutes, cover with foil halfway through to prevent burning.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
