Green Chili

  1. Blend jalapenos & chilies in food processor or blender, add water and blend.
  2. Chop onion finely and saute' in a Tbsp of oil.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt.
  4. Dice pork, dust with flour and place in pan with coconut oil until brown.
  5. Add salt & garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
  6. Add to this chilies & jalapenos and 1 bottle of water ( 16.9- oz.). Season again with garlic and onion powder, pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Let simmer on low to let the flavors mingle add water if it reduces too much.
  8. Use on top of tacos, for sauce tostadas, on enchiladas. Good on nachos too, or you can just eat it by the bowl like Mr. Joe. This is for you Ms. Mellie, and in memory of Mr. Joe.
