Corn Bread Loaf

  1. In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in onions and celery.
  3. Saute for 8 minutes, or until soft.
  4. In large bowl, combine corn bread crumbs and bread crumbs.
  5. Stir in onion mixture and the next 4 ingredients.
  6. Stir in eggs and chicken broth. Spoon evenly into greased and floured 4 x 12-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until top is brown.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate
  9. and slice.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Serves 10.
