No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
- 8 ounces graham crackers
- 1 stick unsalted butter melted
- 1 graham cracker pie crust store bought, if not making your own}
- 8 ounces cream cheese Greek yogurt
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- chocolate to shave on top
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees {only if you are making your own crust}.
- Place the graham crackers in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter then stir together with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Press the graham crackers into a pie dish or a spring form pan {this is what I used because its just easier to slice and serve}.
- Bake for 10 minutes, Cool completely.
- In a bowl, add the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, add the whipping cream and blend with a hand mixer until thickened enough to form soft peaks.
- Add the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and blend until combined, smooth and creamy.
- Place the filling mixture into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
- Using a peeler, shave some chocolate over the pie. Serve cold.
