Peaches N' Cream

  1. In large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes, medium speed.
  2. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Place sliced peaches over batter.
  3. Combine in a small bowl the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved juice; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  4. Spoon to within 1-inch of dish edge.
  5. Combine and sprinkle over cheese filling 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8.
