Mango JalapeñO Daiquiri
- 1 mango ripe, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest finely grated
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup white rum plus more to taste
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper ribbed and seeded, plus more to taste
- 4 cups crushed ice
- Place all the ingredients except the crushed ice in the blender jar of the KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-BlendTM Juice program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for 40-60 seconds, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10 or 11, until smooth and creamy.
- Fill four tall glasses with 1 cup crushed ice, and pour 1/2 cup of the mango mixture into each glass. Stir to combine well, and serve immediately.
