Sandy'S Low-Fat Lasagne

  1. Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper; drain.
  2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and water to desired thickness.
  3. Simmer on medium-low, stirring 45 minutes. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with a little sauce, layer noodles and cheese (makes 5 layers).
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
  5. Let set 20 minutes; cut and serve.
