Rum Cocktails
- 2 lime quarters Prepare cleaned tall glasses and rim the outside of the glasses with 1 of
- kosher salt Pour some, on a plate
- salt Press the rim of a glass into the, to rim the edge and put it in the fridge for later use
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple cut into cubes
- 2 red apples large, skinned and cut into cubes
- 7/8 cup cranberry juice
- 4 slices lime
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- Puree pineapple cubes and strain.
- Blend red apples together with about 50ml cranberry juice, strain and mix with the balance 100ml cranberry juice.
- Take out the frosted glasses from fridge and fill 3-4 ice cubes into it.
- Pour half of the red apples juice into glasses.
- Add 2 tbsp dark rum into pineapple juice, stir well and pour equally to the glasses and top up with balance red apples juice.
- Add 1-2 slices of lime in it and serve.
