Coffee Cake

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream Dairy
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon baking soda
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
• 1/4 cup walnuts

1. Mix Flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda
2. Mix in Sugar, Margarine, Eggs, Vanilla, Dairy Sour Cream, and Lemon Juice
3. In a separate bowl mix Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Walnuts, and 1 Tbs Sugar
4. Cover the bottom of a square pan with wet mix (about half the mix)
5. Sprinkle dry mix on top (about half the mix)
6. Cover with the rest of the wet mix
7. Sprinkle the rest of the dry mix on top
8. Place square pan in pre heated oven. Let bake for 40 minutes or until center is dry.
