Bake Hake Loins And Vegetables In White Sauce
- loins Hake
- 1 lemon
- spices Fish seasoning, pepper, ginger, fennel, coriander seeds
- olive oil to taste
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 leek thinly sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- 7/8 cup cream
- sauce
- 7/8 cup bechamel
- breadcrumbs to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season the hake loins with lemon and spices (pepper, ginger, fennel, and coriander seeds).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and saute the onion and garlic.
- Add the leek, carrot, and a little white wine, and let it cook a bit.
- Mix the cream with the white sauce.
- Cover the bottom of the baking dish with the fish, add the vegetables, and cover with the white sauce.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, and bake to gratin.
- Serve with a salad.
