Bake Hake Loins And Vegetables In White Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Season the hake loins with lemon and spices (pepper, ginger, fennel, and coriander seeds).
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and saute the onion and garlic.
  4. Add the leek, carrot, and a little white wine, and let it cook a bit.
  5. Mix the cream with the white sauce.
  6. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with the fish, add the vegetables, and cover with the white sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, and bake to gratin.
  8. Serve with a salad.
