Hake Fillets With Camembert Sauce
- 1 package hake fillets
- salt taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 9/16 pound camembert cheese
- 5/8 cup cream
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Place the fillets on a baking tray, and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Cut the Camembert cheese into pieces, and melting in a water bath, stirring slightly.
- When the cheese is melted, add the cream and egg yolks, and stir well.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add to sauce, and mix gently.
- Remove from heat.
- Place the fillets on a plate, and cover them with Camembert sauce.
- Serve with rice with peas and carrots.
