Citrus Sardines

  1. Stuff the sardines with some of the orange slices (reserving remainder for garnish) and the bay leaves. Make a couple of slashes through the skin.
  2. Cook the sardines under a preheated grill for 3-5 minutes each side, depending on size.
  3. As a topping, mix together the Flora pro.activ, garlic, lemon zest and parsley, and spoon over the hot sardines.
  4. Serve with crusty bread, mixed green salad and garnish with remaining orange slices, black pepper and parsley.
