Turkey Balls

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Combine bread, celery, 1/2 cup walnuts, onion, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and turkey.
  3. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and enough broth to moisten.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place in greased shallow pan.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until crisp.
  7. About 10 minutes before serving, put walnuts (3 tablespoons) in small shallow pan.
  8. Dot with 1 teaspoon butter and toast in oven with turkey balls, stirring once.
  9. Serve balls with gravy; garnish with walnuts.
