Smoky Beef Sliders

  1. To a frying pan add the chopped bacon. The back will released the fat to the pan after which you can add the copped onions. Fry it well until the bacon gets a little crispy. Drain the oil on a kitchen towel.
  2. Combine the minced beef, smoked paprika, ginger-garlic paste, egg yolk, chilli flakes, parsley, salt in a bowl along with the friend bacon and onions.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Form little patties with the above mixture and fry them in a pan. Alternatively you can also put the patties in the oven. (which was preheated at 200u0b0C for about 30 minutes) Top each patty with a slice of cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.
  4. Cut the buns into half. Slightly toast the buns.
  5. Now assemble the slider with the lettuce at the bottom, then tomato
  6. Assemble sliders in mini buns, layered with lettuce, tomato slices, barbecue sauce and jalapenos. Serve immediately.
