Crabsticks, Rice, And Vegetable Burgers
- crab sticks
- lemon juice
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 leek white part, chopped
- 1 zucchini no seeds, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- parsley minced
- 1 egg beaten
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- cumin to taste
- olive oil to taste
- Chop the crab sticks, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the crab, leek, zucchini, garlic cloves, and parsley. Stir in the slightly beaten egg.
- Season with salt, pepper, and add flavor with cumin.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Form small balls, and flatten into burgers.
- Place burgers in a baking pan greased with olive oil, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes until toasted.
