Crabsticks, Rice, And Vegetable Burgers

  1. Chop the crab sticks, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the crab, leek, zucchini, garlic cloves, and parsley. Stir in the slightly beaten egg.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and add flavor with cumin.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. Form small balls, and flatten into burgers.
  7. Place burgers in a baking pan greased with olive oil, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes until toasted.
