High Protein Peanut Butter Crepes With Chocolate Filling

  1. In a food processor or blender, mix together cottage cheese, oats, eggs, powdered peanut butter, baking soda, water, and cinnamon.
  2. Bring a griddle over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter onto grilled and flip when surface is covered in small bubbles.
  4. Cook evenly on both sides.
  5. Mix together cocoa powder, agave, and Greek yogurt to form a mousse.
  6. When crepe has completed cooking, spread mousse over crepe, fold, and serve warm.
  7. Add a small spray of whipped cream if desired.
