Oreo Truffles

  1. In a blender, blend Oreos (whole) until a fine crumb is made. Mix these crumbs with the cream cheese in medium bowl with a spoon or even your hands until well mixed and combined. Leave a little Oreo crumbs on the side to top.
  2. Take the cream cheese-Oreo mixture and roll 1-tablespoon sections. Place these balls on a baking sheets lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
  3. Then, take a pot and put warm water into it, about half way. Let this boil over high heat on stove top. As soon as it boils, turn the heat down and put a microwave safe bowl on top of t, filled with the chocolate. Melt chocolate until there are no chunks.
  4. Take chocolate bowl off heat (turn off heat) and let cool. Once cool, dip the cream cheese- Oreo balls, one by one, into it. Use spoons to help coat the balls. Then place the balls back on the sheet. Top the balls with extra Oreo crumbs.
  5. After all the balls are coated, place the baking sheet into the fridge for at least 1 hour. These are to be stored into the fridge for at max. 2 weeks.nerve once chilled!
