Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and pink himalayan salt in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Melt butter/oil of your choice (vegan butter, organic grass-fed butter or organic coconut oil).
  3. Wisk butter/oil, cane sugar (or raw honey) and vanilla in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Pour butter mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined until a soft dough forms.
  5. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop into small balls onto a baking sheet and then press the balls down flat.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until just golden brown around the edges.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
