Mixed Green Salad With Warm Cream Cheese Croutons
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 cups salad greens loosely packed torn
- 1 Granny Smith apple thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Add cream cheese cubes in small batches; toss to evenly coat with crumb mixture.
- Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add cheese cubes, a few at a time; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, turning frequently. Repeat with remaining cheese cubes.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; top with cheese.
