Chopstick Tuna(Chopstick Chicken)

  1. Place tuna or chicken into mixing bowl.
  2. Blend soup and water; add to tuna.
  3. Add frozen green peas (unthawed), 1 cup of the noodles, tomato, celery and green onion.
  4. Toss to mix lightly. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining noodles.
  6. Cover and refrigerate, if desired, for baking later or place into 375u0b0 oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with cashews; serve hot.
  8. Good served with fresh spinach salad and fluffy boiled or fried rice.
