Gluten Free Cranberry Crumble

  1. Take a sauce pan and added the cranberries and some spring water or bottled water, anything but tap ok. Put it on the stove and let it saute or simmer for about 5-7 minutes, till it's soft, you'll hear them popping, and that's ok, let them pop. While your cranberries are cooking, chop up your raw almonds. I used my magic bullet and in about less then 1 minute it was done.
  2. Now remove from your cranberries from the stove and add the organic raw honey.
  3. Add how ever much you want, it really depends on your tastes and your family's tastes. I usually add about 1-2 tablespoons.
  4. Mix it in there, it will dissolve while you are mixing. Then grab glass tupper ware and add your cranberries.
  5. Then add your chopped almonds on top.
  6. Add your lid and put into the refrigerator. Once it's nice and cool it will be ready to serve. This will last about 1-2 weeks in your fridge, yummy with Turkey leftovers or a dessert all by itself.
