Mixed Fruit Trifle

  1. Combine 1 3/4 cups milk, sugar and eggs in medium saucepan. Combine remaining 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring well. Add to milk mixture.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in vanilla. Freeze 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
