Beef-Broccoli Stir-Fry(Lo-Fat)

  1. Trim all fat from steak; cut into 1/4-inch strips (easier if partially frozen).
  2. Combine wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add steak, tossing to coat.
  5. Let stand 30 minutes.
  6. Combine water, honey and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; stir well and set aside.
