Microwave Barbecued Meatballs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- egg noodles
- Mix together the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Add beef; mix well.
- Make into 18 small meatballs or 9 large meatballs.
- Sprinkle with flour and paprika, mixed together.
- Microwave, covered, 6 minutes on High; turn every 2 minutes.
