Triple Chocolate Cookies
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 2 3/4 ounces dark chocolate coarsely chopped
- 2 3/4 ounces milk chocolate coarsely chopped
- 2 3/4 ounces white chocolate coarsely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 whole yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease and line 5 baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, combine flours and sugars. Stir in butter, chocolates, eggs, and vanilla.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange evenly on prepared trays, leaving 2 inch space between each cookie. Flatten slightly with palm of hand.
- Bake in 2 batches, for 10-15 mins each, until golden. Cool on baking sheets.
