Nanna'S Cinnamon Snaps

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  3. Add golden syrup and beat well
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients to form a sticky dough
  5. Turn out onto a well floured surface and roll out to 5mm thick
  6. Cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter, place onto baking trays lined with baking paper
  7. Re-roll remaining dough and cut more biscuits, repeat until all dough is used
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-18 minutes, depending how crunchy/chewy you like your biscuits
