Orange Pork Tenderloin Roast

  1. Season pork with salt, pepper and orange juice.
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove meat from marinade and place on work surface.
  4. Reserve marinade.
  5. Place bacon slices over meat and tie kitchen twine.
  6. Heat butter in a large, heavy pan and add pork loin.
  7. Cook over low heat for a few minutes and turn until meat is lightly browned on all sides.
  8. Drizzle with marinade.
  9. Cut orange peel into julienne strips and add to pan.
  10. Prepare broth with bouillon cube and add to pan.
  11. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.
  12. Serve with salad and French fries or white rice.
