Phyllo Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Remove Fillo shells from packaging and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. To fill each shell: sprinkle some (about 1/4 tsp) of the chopped thyme into each cup.
  4. Drizzle (about 1/2 tsp) honey into each cup.
  5. Top with a small amount (about 1/2 tsp) of pear preserves.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese (about 1 tsp) evenly amongst shells.
  7. Top each cup with (roughly 3/4 tsp) walnut pieces.
  8. Sprinkle with a few pinches of turbinado sugar.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until Fillo is golden and crisp.
  10. Transfer baked cups to serving platter. Serve garnished with additional fresh thyme, honey and pear preserves.
