Chocolate Sourdough Cake

  1. Mix sourdough, milk and flour together
  2. Combine vegetable oil, vanilla extract, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking cocoa, espresso extract and eggs
  3. Combine the two mixtures in large bowl and mix well
  4. Scoop 2 ounces of mixture into sprayed baking rings or cupcake pan
  5. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
  6. To make ganache, scald the cream and pour over chocolate. Whisky together while warm.
  7. Cover each cake in 2 ounces of warm ganache
