Cornbread

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the food processor, until a dough ball is formed.
  2. Remove from processor, place in bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and wait until dough doubles in size.
  3. Mix the water and corn flour in the food processor. Remove the processor bowl from the base, and let cool.
  4. When the dough is cool, add the yeast dough, olive oil, salt, and wheat flour. Mix for 4 to 5 minutes until a ball is formed.
  5. Remove the dough, sprinkle with flour, make a ball, place in baking pan sprinkled with flour, cover with a clean cloth, and let rise to double in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes.
