Classic Crab Cakes

  1. In a bowl, combine crab, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, vegetables, and seasonings.
  2. Shape into eight patties.
  3. Broil patties or cook in a skillet in oil for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Serve with lemon if desired.
  5. Yield:
  6. 8 servings.
