Banana Nut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream butter; add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
  4. Beat nonfat dry milk, water and bananas until mixed well.
  5. Add alternately with dry ingredients to creamed mixture, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Blend well after each addition.
  7. Fold in nuts.
  8. Turn into pans and bake 50 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
