Pork Tenderloin With Port & Fig Sauce

  1. Season pork with thyme and black pepper. Melt Promise(R) Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork, turning once, 6 minutes or until done. Remove pork to serving platter and keep warm.
  2. Add apples and onion to same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or just until tender. Stir in port and bring to a boil over high heat. Add apple juice and figlets. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 5 minutes or until apples and onion are tender. Serve apple mixture over pork.
