Health Bars With Seeds, Nuts And Dried Fruits

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Chop the apricots, dates & walnuts into relative large pieces
  3. Add the apple and yogurt to the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until mixed well.
  5. Put baking paper in an oven proof dish (25x25 cm).
  6. Spread the dough evenly in the oven proof dish.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 1 hour & 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and cool down before cutting into slices.
  9. Can be frozen. Slice and take out a piece when you like.
