Forest Fruits Custard Tarts

  1. Place the soft cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla custard in a bowl and beat together with a balloon whisk. Then place the pastry cases on a small baking tray.
  2. Spoon the custard mixture into the pastry cases and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the berries in a bowl and mix together with the caster sugar.
  4. Spoon the berries onto the custard tarts and place each tart on a dessert serving plate.
  5. Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream on top of the berries.
  6. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
