Forest Fruits Custard Tarts
- 4 scoops Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream 110g/200ml
- 3 1/2 ounces soft cheese
- 3 1/3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 5 1/16 tablespoons vanilla custard ready-made
- 4 ready-made sweet pastry cases
- 7 1/16 tablespoons blueberries
- 7 1/16 tablespoons blackberries
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar

- Place the soft cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla custard in a bowl and beat together with a balloon whisk. Then place the pastry cases on a small baking tray.
- Spoon the custard mixture into the pastry cases and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Place the berries in a bowl and mix together with the caster sugar.
- Spoon the berries onto the custard tarts and place each tart on a dessert serving plate.
- Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream on top of the berries.
- Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
