Spicy Orange-Ginger Baked Chicken Wings
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings split, tips removed
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup Smucker's Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- green onion Sliced
- HEAT oven to 425u0b0F. Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Coat foil with no-stick cooking spray.
- PLACE wings in foil-lined pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until skin is crisp.
- WHISK marmalade, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger and garlic powder in large bowl.
- ADD cooked wings to sauce; toss to coat. Return wings foil-lined pan. Spoon any remaining sauce onto wings. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- GARNISH with green onion.
